The SDL Customer Gateway
The primary means of engaging with Support is the SDL Customer Gateway.
You can use the public area of the Gateway without a Support & Maintenance agreement. To use full functionality of the Gateway however, your company must have a valid Support & Maintenance agreement and you will have to log in to the site via your personal SDL ID.
For Translation Productivity customers without a Support Contract:
Translation Productivity includes: Trados Studio, Studio GroupShare, Passolo, MultiTerm and LanguageCloud

If your company has a Support & Maintenance agreement but you cannot access our online Support system then you may not be registered as an authorized user. Contact your administrator for access or contact SDL Customer Support at email@example.com for assistance.
